Appointments are super easy to make and highly recommended. We will always try to accommodate a walk in if one of our techs has a last minute open slot.
If you have to change or cancel your appointment you must do so no later than 24 hours before your appointment directly with your tech. Failure to do so may result in a fee.
We have a 15 minute grace period for appointments. After that, your appointment may be considered a no-show. Additionally, your appointment may need to be modified to accommodate the lesser window of time.
